Our two-bedroom apartment is new and was completed in May of 2004. It now provides all the conveniences of modern day living, including Digital Satellite TV and a DVD/CD player. On entering the house you will step into the lounge / dining room area via a short hallway.
The fully fitted kitchen is immediately to your right as you enter the hallway. This has all of the modern facilities you would expect, including fridge / freezer, microwave oven, washing machine and electric oven / hob.
When you pass through the lounge, the hallway takes you on to the bathroom and two bedrooms. The fully tiled bathroom has toilet, bidet, washhand basin and bath with shower facility.
The main bedroom has a large double bed, large fitted wardrobes and a door leading onto the patio area. The second bedroom has two single beds and also has large fitted wardrobes and a door leading onto the patio area.
The patio area itself has a dining table with chairs, plus another small table and chairs for sitting outside or eating snacks. There are also two sun loungers on the patio. A screen has been fitted around the railings to provide you with privacy when on the terrace.
Additional conveniences include iron, ironing board and clothes drying rack. There is also a full set of new golf clubs which can be hired for a mere £20 for the full week.
The apartment is fully air conditioned but not metered, as is common in rental apartments, so there are no hidden additional costs to worry about.
The complex has a swimming pool area of which you have full use.
